Episode 163 | Larry Correia Interview

Episode 163 | Larry Correia Interview

Larry Correia, creator of Monster Hunter Nation, joins me for this Friday edition of Author Stories. In this episode we talk about Larry growing up in rural California, his mission trip to Alabama, his love of “B Movie” horror, how an online forum prompted him to write fiction, building an audience, his writing process and much more.

Each Tuesday and Friday Author Hank Garner brings you the story behind the stories and the story tellers. Be sure to check out the archives for more than 2 years worth of the best author interviews available anywhere. If you haven’t already, take a moment to subscribe to the show in iTunes here, and when you do, please leave a comment.

Larry Correia’s Bio:

Larry Correia is hopelessly addicted to two things, guns and B-horror movies. He lists his occupations: gun dealer, firearms instructor, accountant, and writer. He shoots competitively and was a certified concealed weapons instructor. Larry resides in Utah with his very patient wife and family.

Visit him on the Facebook Group, Monster Hunter International, Hunters Unite! or his blog, monsterhunternation.com.

I’m Hank and I’m a writer. I write stories about life, but with a supernatural twist. I love the art of writing so much that I started a podcast called Author Stories.

I’d love to hear from you.
